Built from aircraft‑grade 6060 T1–T5 aluminium, the rigid frame locks the expanded mesh in place to absorb stones, debris, and side impacts (even a simple tip‑over). The mesh sits 10–15 mm off the core, creating a protective buffer while still delivering full, unrestricted airflow & has the best thermal transfer of heat so that your engine stays cooler.
Rubber backing is pre‑installed to eliminate vibration and rubbing.
