• Built from aircraft‑grade 6060 T1–T5 aluminium for exceptional strength and durability.
• The rigid frame locks the expanded mesh in place, absorbing hard hits from stones, debris, and anything the road throws at you.
• This same rigid frame also acts as a brace, helping prevent your radiator core from being crushed during a side impact — even something as simple as the bike falling off its stand.
• Our expanded mesh is lightweight, extremely strong, and does NOT restrict airflow.
• The mesh sits 10–15 mm off the radiator core, creating a protective buffer so even a direct hit from a stone, bird, or other debris won’t reach your radiator.
